Translation and interpreting: Hungarian Language and Culture combined

The study programme provides a broad theoretical knowledge of translation and interpreting, and enables students to acquire the methods, procedures, and strategies essential for literary and professional translation, as well as for consecutive and simultaneous interpreting. The programme ensures a broad range of linguistic competencies, practical acquisition of the languages taught and the use of appropriate linguistic devices in various styles (fiction, professional, journalistic, spoken and written, etc.). The Hungarian language and culture programme can be combined with English language and culture, or with German language and culture, Slovak language and culture or Spanish language and culture.
